Headquartered in Milan, Italy, our foundation operates with a far-reaching mission, extending its help across Italy, Macedonia and other European countries to provide assistance to those in need.
Our Vision and Mission:
The Gladiator's foundation is built on the principles of humanity, solidarity and action. We believe that no one should be left without a roof over their head, a warm meal or access to proper medical care. So, we created a sustainable support system that offers both immediate relief/help and long-term solutions for those in crisis.
How We Operate:
In Milan, we have established a shelter - a single-story facility designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for children and elderly individuals in dire need. Here, they will have access to:
- Secure and hygienic living spaces
- Nutritious daily meals
- Medical assistance from an on-site doctor and nurse
- Psychological and educational support from professional caregivers
- Proper clothing and hygiene facilities
For those who cannot be accommodated in our shelter, we actively distribute essential donations, including food, clothing and hygiene products, to those in need throughout Italy and Macedonia. Our outreach efforts extend to individuals and families struggling with poverty, ensuring they receive the necessary aid to regain stability.
Employment and Volunteer Opportunities
As part of our commitment to structured and sustainable humanitarian aid, Gladiator Foundation operates under full legal compliance with Italian nonprofit regulations. Our foundation is officially recognized and registered, allowing us to employ qualified professionals and engage volunteers under applicable labor and third-sector laws.
We are in the process of establishing a formal recruitment program, which will soon be open for applications. Our hiring framework aligns with Contratto di lavoro subordinato (permanent employment contracts), Contratto di collaborazione coordinata e continuativa (co.co.co.) and Contratto di lavoro autonomo occasionale, ensuring full regulatory adherence through INPS and INAIL registration. Additionally, volunteer engagement will be structured in accordance with Decreto Legislativo 117/2017, ensuring compliance with statutory insurance (copertura assicurativa obbligatoria) and ethical guidelines for nonprofit activities.
All employment contracts will adhere to the CCNL per il Terzo Settore, maintaining fair labor practices, remuneration and benefits for those dedicated to our humanitarian mission. While direct operational roles will be based in Milan, our outreach and donation programs will extend across Italy, North Macedonia and other European regions where assistance is required.
